Welcome to Cold Springs Web Development. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

1. Services Provided

Cold Springs Web Development offers custom website design, development, hosting, and maintenance services. The scope and details of services will be outlined in individual service agreements or proposals.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing necessary content, timely feedback, and access credentials required to complete the project. Delays caused by the client may result in project timeline adjustments or additional fees.

3. Payments and Invoicing

All services are subject to a written agreement outlining project fees and payment schedules. Late payments may incur interest or service suspension. All payments are governed by our Refund Policy.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed, all custom designs and code remain the property of Cold Springs Web Development until full payment is received. Upon full payment, the client receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered materials.

5. Hosting Terms

Hosting is provided on a subscription basis. Cold Springs Web Development reserves the right to suspend or terminate hosting for non-payment or abuse of resources. Clients are responsible for securing their own backups unless a maintenance agreement specifies otherwise.

6. Third-Party Integrations

We may use third-party tools, plugins, or services. We are not liable for functionality, data loss, or service interruptions caused by third-party vendors.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a project or service with written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment for work completed to date.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be handled in the appropriate courts of Madera County, California.
