At Cold Springs Web Development, we strive to deliver high-quality website design, development, and hosting services that meet your expectations. Due to the nature of our work, we have established the following refund policy:

1. Website Design & Development Services

All website design and development services are custom and labor-intensive. Therefore, we do not offer refunds for any payments made toward design or development services once work has commenced. This includes, but is not limited to, planning, wireframing, content integration, coding, or graphic design.

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of the project, we are committed to working with you to make reasonable revisions as outlined in your service agreement.

2. Hosting & Maintenance Services

Hosting and maintenance services are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Due to the reserved server space and allocated resources:

• Monthly Hosting Plans: Refunds are not available once the monthly billing cycle has started.

• Annual Hosting Plans: If you cancel within the first 14 days of your annual plan, you may request a prorated refund for the unused portion. No refunds are available after the 14-day period.

3. Domain Registration

Domain name registrations are non-refundable. Once a domain has been registered or renewed, it is considered final and cannot be canceled or refunded.

4. Third-Party Services

We may assist in setting up or integrating third-party services (such as plugins, themes, or analytics tools). Any associated costs are subject to the refund policies of those third-party providers and are not the responsibility of Cold Springs Web Development.

5. Client Responsibilities

Refunds will not be granted due to delays or issues caused by the client, including but not limited to failure to provide content, communication delays, or missed approval deadlines.

6. Disputes & Chargebacks

We encourage open communication. If you are dissatisfied, please contact us to resolve the issue before initiating a chargeback or dispute. Unauthorized chargebacks will be considered a breach of contract and may result in additional fees or suspension of services.
